Why we coach this way
Training That Knows Where You Are — and Where You're Going
Starting BJJ or MMA can be intimidating enough without feeling like just another person on the mat. Here, that's not how we train.
You'll get hands-on corrections, individual feedback, and coaching that grows with you.
What that means for you
Three things that build real skill.
Individual coaching, every class
The instructor is teaching you directly, one student at a time. You get corrected while you're doing it wrong, which is the only time a correction is worth anything.
More mat time, more reps
Every class is built around live training time: drilling and rolling that add up, rep after rep. That repetition is what actually builds muscle memory and moves your skill forward.
Skill that holds up live
Every technique is taught down to the mechanics: the grip, the angle, the timing. You leave with something you can actually pull off against someone resisting, not just a move you copied.

“New place but definitely not new at bjj. Been coming here for the past two months and I love it! Students are welcoming and the instructor is knowledgeable. You won't get lost and if you do he'll guide you on where you want to be. Don't be fooled with the outside when you enter you'll be solely focused on perfecting your skill.”

What We Train
Start wherever you are. Every program has a beginner-friendly entry point, and every class gets the same hands-on, individual coaching.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Gi and No-Gi. Leverage, control and submissions: the art that lets a smaller person handle a bigger one. Conditioning arrives as a side effect.
Ages 14 & up · all levels →
Mixed Martial Arts
Muay Thai and boxing on the feet, wrestling in the clinch, jiu jitsu on the floor. Train like a fighter whether or not you ever take a fight.
Ages 14 & up →
Kids Jiu Jitsu
Confidence, discipline and focus. Non-violent self-defense and bully prevention, in a class small enough that no child hides at the back.
Ages 5–13 →
One coach, every class
Meet your coach
Every class here is taught by the same black belt, not a rotating cast of whoever was available that night. Your instruction is consistent, your progress is tracked by someone who was there for all of it, and you never have to re-explain your bad knee. That coaching comes from years on the IBJJF competition circuit and in professional Mixed Martial Arts corners. Welcoming is not the same as watered down: belts are earned here, not sold. Compete if you want to, or never compete at all, both are a legitimate way to train.
