Before you walk in.
What do I wear?
T-shirt and shorts with no zippers or pockets. Bring water. We'll lend you a gi if the class needs one.
Can I just watch first?
Absolutely. Come sit at the edge of the mat for a full class and decide afterwards. No one will push you to sign anything.
Do you take total beginners?
Most people who walk in have never trained. The fundamentals classes exist for exactly that, and small classes are why beginners actually keep coming back.
Military and first responders?
Discounted rates for active duty, veterans, law enforcement, fire and EMS. Ask when you come in.
